My journey began back in 1984, after working for 3 years with the previous owner. We were a pub "el pub don felipe" we made cocktails, and special coffees, our flagship brand was Irish coffee, being the best in the mountains. We were a great reference of the night....
After a drastic drop in nightlife, in 1996 we decided to change the time zone, not the union, from a pub to a cafeteria, adding to our offer: mixed dishes, hamburgers, sandwiches, daily menu and some portions. Entering the active business, my wife, in charge, of the kitchen. Later we started with the traditional chocolate and churros on the weekends for a snack. After many years and thanks to the nativity scenes, both traditional and monumental, we decided to make our own churros, with great acceptance by our clients and the general public, little by little our children began to join in.
We have been growing, with several renovations of decoration and spaces until the last one, which was 2019, introducing a wide variety of beers, both commercial and craft, with a very good selection of meats from the area and the north of our country. In 2021 we decided to make our own beer "LA GRURRIATA LAGER" we also have more than 60 different beers.
A dream come true with a good amount of production and great sales, between gourmets and visitors, my career and that of my wife will end soon but we promise that this story continues...Read less
