MOVES emerged a few years ago with the idea of combining both areas of professional history in the same space...
On the one hand, I am a clinical psychologist, a specialist in children and adolescents; working with adult families addressing all conflictive situations that may interfere throughout a person's life or in the evolutionary development of a child.
They can be specific situations such as grief or situations where there is some pathology that is interfering with the well-being of a person or the good dynamics of the family.
Situations of grief, retirement stage, etc. All those vicissitudes that we go through throughout our lives.
On the other hand, many years ago I did therapeutic Pilates training, Pilates for pregnant women. With the idea of creating a space where we can, on the one hand, strengthen all the muscles in our body and be able to give elasticity and flexibility to our muscles and, on the other hand, work on breathing. Create a space where we can strengthen ourselves physically; and that of course also interferes with a better state of mind.
My interest and my passion have always been the human being and the relationship with others and from there I have always found the interrelation between our body and our mind and vice versa very important and very interesting. There are people who may need both aspects at a certain point in their life.
There are people who can simply come to a consultation looking for psychological attention or there are people who can come looking for Pilates classes.
I am delighted to be part of the business fabric of this town and my intention is to be able to contribute a grain of sand and be able to find greater well-being for the entire population that lives in San Lorenzo and its surroundings and I am delighted to be part of the association for one or two years.
You can see my career and where I can contribute professionally on my website:
